SHIFT Iodine is a dietary supplement containing iodine derived from organic Ascophyllum nodosum seaweed. The product has been developed for adults who wish to supplement their daily diet with iodine in its natural, plant-based form. The capsules are suitable for vegans.

One capsule provides 220 µg of iodine, which is 147% of the Reference Intake (RI) for an adult. Iodine contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal production of thyroid hormones, and normal thyroid function.
