SHIFT Iodine is a dietary supplement containing iodine derived from organic Ascophyllum nodosum seaweed. The product has been developed for adults who wish to supplement their daily diet with iodine in its natural, plant-based form. The capsules are suitable for vegans.

One capsule provides 220 µg of iodine, which is 147% of the Reference Intake (RI) for an adult. Iodine contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal production of thyroid hormones, and normal thyroid function. It also supports normal cognitive function, normal energy metabolism, and the maintenance of normal skin.
